Boom! Explosive Bedroom Color Pointers

Stuck in a boring bedroom color? Buy a grenade, pull the trigger and throw it into your bedroom. Of course not a real grenade. But one that contains bedroom color pointers presented there (my previous post about bedroom color scheme) and here. By the way, anyone tell me where to by grenade? Forget it. One bedroom color expert say about how to be creative in choosing bedroom color:

1. Choose the one most important bedroom color that will set the mood you want. You can say “I wanted the look and feel of a stormy afternoon, so the first thing I did was find a moody blue”. Then choose it as your bedroom color. Most people always want a positive situation, but for example you want a gloomy mood, you can use such black fabric to wrap your bedroom. Remember, sad is often not productive.

2. Pair with a neutral—every bedroom color, no matter how bold, needs one. If the starting-point bedroom color is heavy or muted, the neutral should be, too. Bedroom colors need to balance one another to produce stable mood. Unbalanced bedroom color often leads to instability (like an atom maybe).

3. Find a fabric that has all the bedroom colors you like. You need one anchor piece that everything is tied to in your bedroom. A patterned fabric is so easy—it hands you a bedroom color. This is one of the easiest ways to easily change bedroom color.
