First thing I see every morning I wake up is my bedroom, its wall, ceiling, and all of the things inside. And one thing that affects bedroom atmosphere the most is bedroom color. Albert Einstein’s equation E=MC2 tells us that all matter is energy (he has nothing to do with your bedroom color anyway :D). Is bedroom color matter? Absolutely yes, then bedroom color is energy too. Each bedroom color will bring unique feeling because it has unique type of energy. So, what color should you choose as your bedroom color? The answer depends on what you like and maybe what your characteristic is.

Experimenting the energies of the different bedroom colors as a means for healing disease in body, mind, and spirit is very fascinating. Bedroom color can be an important tool that you can use to complement healing. Bedroom color can sway thinking, change actions, and cause reactions. I won’t make it too long, here are some ideas before you start changing bedroom colors:

2.    Look through your bedroom and take note the colors you have around you every day.
3.    Begin understanding how you feel when you are in your bedroom and ask yourself if you like it.

5.    Begin with simple changes, such as putting a particular color in your bedroom but not by suddenly painting whole part of the bedroom. Pieces of colored paper will do.
6.    Experiment with different bedroom colors to see which ones give you the best feeling or the desired mood.
7.    Before changing your bedroom decor, consider what color would be the best for enhancing the desired mood.
